The task of the organization, especially the further development of various forms of activity, plays an important role in the formation of directions for progressive development. Ideological considerations of a higher order, as well as the beginning of daily work on the formation of a position, require the definition and clarification of the directions of progressive development.
In 1987, in cooperation with the leadership and teachers of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers, an academic lyceum was founded on the basis of the 142nd secondary school, where talented students were selected. This is how the AL “International House-Tashkent” TIIIMSH appeared. During this period, the educational institution was headed by Ibragimova Elmira Zakirovna. The lyceum students were trained by specialists from TIIIMSH, this made it possible to improve the quality of the acquired knowledge of students entering universities.
In 1993, the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan allocated funds for the creation of an academic lyceum. With the participation of the Dean of the University of London Susan Eates and professors of the Moscow State University. Lomonosova N.L. Burak and V.T. Rogozhina, teaching aids were delivered to the academic lyceum.
In 1994, AL "International House-Tashkent" was reorganized as a new educational institution in accordance with the requirements of the educational process. From 1994 to 2007 he functioned in the public education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan in grades 9-11.
In the academic lyceum, a program for the education of an active, enterprising and harmoniously developed generation was introduced that benefits society. In 1995, there were 75 first graduates of the International House-Tashkent AL, they successfully passed the exams and became students of higher educational institutions of our country, 25 graduates continued their studies in the UK, USA and France.
In 1994-2008, about two thousand students graduated from the academic lyceum. Many of them work for government agencies, international organizations accredited in the country, the United Nations, UNESCO and the Red Cross.
In 1997, Chris Knight, a professor at the University of Nottingham, conducted the first training course for students, where they were awarded university certificates at the end of the course. In 1998 with the Extraordinary Ambassador of the Czech Republic to the Republic of Uzbekistan Berdjikha Kopecky and the Gymnasium named after Leona Grumliki in the Czech Republic signed a cooperation agreement with the Eco-Gymnasium in Brno, within the framework of which teachers and students of the Lyceum were able to visit the Czech Republic several times. In addition, in 1998 the academic lyceum was awarded the diploma of the media director Freimut Duv for publishing its own "Nezavisimaya Gazeta".
In 1999, a seminar on spiritual and educational issues was held with the participation of Mr. James Devin, a volunteer of the International Federation of Families for Peace. In the same year, the first issue of Nezavisimaya Gazeta was published.
In 2007, on the basis of the joint order of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Center for Secondary Special and Professional Education No. 10 dated May 11, 2007 and the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 11, 2007, the Academic Lyceum “International House- Tashkent »TIIIMSH.
From 1995 to 2007, the total number of graduates was 2290. Enrollment in universities during this period exceeded 95%, of which about 400 graduates continued their studies in higher educational institutions of the Russian Federation.
Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 26, 2017 No. PQ-3290 "On measures to further improve the activities of secondary specialized, vocational and technical educational institutions" "IHT" TIIAME was transformed into a lyceum with a two-year training program.
In 2015, Alisher Khasanovich Tillaev was appointed director of the academic lyceum.
Since then, "International House-Tashkent" has been actively cooperating with international educational institutions and organizations.
In particular, in April 2017, an agreement was signed with the British University "International House-London", under which teachers and students were able to improve their level of English proficiency in London. In October 2017, in partnership with the Chinese company Huawei, a Smart-room was created for the first time in Uzbekistan. In October 2018, a cooperation agreement was reached with the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs), and in April 2019, on the basis of a unique, unparalleled bilateral agreement between the CIS countries, it was decided to open MGIMO directions for the issuance of bilateral diplomas at the Academic Lyceum "International House-Tashkent" TIIIMSH. In addition, in 2019, cooperation agreements were signed with the University of Great Britain, the Russian Aviation University, and the universities of South Korea. In June 2019, a cooperation agreement was signed with the Russian University of the Higher School of Economics, and in July 2019, at the Russian MGSU, teachers and students of the academic lyceum were sent to training courses, where they were awarded certificates upon completion.
